Tiffani J. Shipman


Tiffani was a successful and diverse business professional long before practicing law, as she owned and operated several businesses prior to entering law school. In addition to being a licensed yoga instructor and licensed acupuncturist, her business experience is expansive and includes the areas of oil & gas, accounting, education, marketing, and business development.

As a longtime resident of Oklahoma, Tiffani received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating cum laude with additional certification in Dispute Resolution. During her time at OCU Law, Tiffani excelled academically, becoming Merit Scholar as well as appearing on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Role. She was also a Staff Editor for OCU Law Review and was honored with CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Mediation and Family Law. Tiffani was also a member of the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Team and interned as a clerk for Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Noma Gurich during her time serving as Chief Justice of the Court.

Tiffani’s legal experience includes representing corporate and private parties in all stages of litigation for clients such as the University of Oklahoma, several Oklahoma Tribal Nations, and the State of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is similarly skilled in contract formation and development, employment law, and commercial law, among others.
