As an experienced business professional, Lindsey understands not only the operational but the human resources needs of an organization. She has spent her career in roles that serve both of these areas, and across a wide range of industries - including banking, healthcare, and oil & gas, among many. She has also served as an independent human resources consultant. Lindsey focuses her work in the Firm on culture, compliance, ethics and operations.
Lindsey earned a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and M.S.M. (with a 4.0 GPA) in Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University. Lindsey holds a Lean/Six Sigma certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Society of Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
